The Neighborhoods Empowered Through Technology (NETT) program offers free, hands-on classes to help residents gain the computer skills they need for work, education, and everyday life. Whether you’re brand new to technology or looking to sharpen existing skills, NETT provides practical training in a welcoming, supportive environment right in your community.

Graduates of the 30-hour course are eligible to purchase a refurbished laptop at a fraction of the retail cost, ensuring continued access to the technology they need.
Classes are hosted in neighborhood technology centers and community spaces, making it easy to participate without traveling far. With dedicated instructors, local partnerships, and a focus on meeting residents where they are, NETT empowers individuals to confidently use technology to reach their goals.
